Nazaka was born in Dubai in 2019 from the hands of our founder, Nour — a pastry chef who trained in Paris and fell in love with the UAE's diverse culinary landscape.
She set out to create a bakery that would marry European technique with Middle Eastern flavors — the result is Nazaka, a name that means "elegance and refinement" in Arabic.
